Canpar Express offers several pick-up tag options that allow you to retrieve a package with the charges billed to your account using our Ground service. Simply enter the address information for the pick-up tag through your individual MyCanpar portal, and our driver will show up the following business day with the label to pick up the package.
Canpar Express's online Collect Service allows you to authorize other parties to ship on your account and schedule their own pick-up based on the services you have authorized. It's that easy. A daily activity summary is also sent to you via email for simple tracking and visibility of your collect shipments.
Improve your cashflow and keep shipping to high credit risk customers with ease of mind through our Cash On Delivery service, which offers a wide range of options for payment including: Cash, Cheque (regular, post dated or certified) or Money Order. Our COD service is available on both the Ground and Select service levels.
The Chain of Signature service ensures that any staff member of Canpar Express who handles the flagged package must sign the Chain of Signature label which is affixed to each package in the shipment.
